Desktop keeps popping up but the game isn't crashing

    Right so I've been playing Saint's Row 4 & Dawn of War 2 and every now & then the desktop pops up as if the game crashed. Yet when I click the game icon to go back to it, whatever game I'm playing loads just fine. What's making this happen & how to make it stop?
