desktop on start up

    Hi I have an Asus laptop with windows 8. Can someone tell me how to make windows open up to the desktop page. I was told to right click on the taskbar then click the navigation button, but when i click on the taskbar i dont have a navigation tab. Any help would be good, thanks

    Not absolutely certain but I think you have not yet upgraded to Win 8.1. You need to do so.
