desktop screen issue

    For reasons unknown, the bottom of my screen has a border I can't get rid of. It shows the mute symbol, power etc, but is concealing the natural border that allowed me to shrink the screen. I have submitted an attachment of the border I want removed.

    Greetings, Twin9.

    Try right-clicking your taskbar, click 'Properties', make sure 'Auto-hide the taskbar' is checked in the Taskbar Properties tab, and 'Ok' out.
