    I use a snapshot from a file for my desktop. Now when my pc turns on it's not there. Instead these other microsoft ones come on. I go and retrieve it each time,what a drag this is. Thanks HELP!

    You really need to give us a clearer picture :D of the problem.

    What is your operating system and how is it set up?
    Why have you posted in the Networking Forum? Are you on a corporate/networked pc that has policies to reset or prevent your background?
    How are you setting the background?
    What do you mean by retrieve it? Is the wanted background not on your pc?
