devldr32.exe

Hi, everytime I shutdown my PC, I get an error window with the following: "devldr32.exe - DLL Initialization Failed" with the following message:" The application failed to initialize because the window station is shutting down" and an "OK" button. I don't have to click the OK button to shutdown. It happens everytime and has been going on for a little more than a month, about the time I removed an IE hijack with help from MG . Anyway, it doesn't seem to be anything more than an annoyance, but if anyone knows how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated as well.

 

OK, that refreshed my memory on the program, I've had a different problem with this software before. I will try to reinstall my sound card software and see if that helps. I like Creative's hardware, but since I started using Win. XP, I have had several issues with their software Anyway thanx for the links.
