Dfraging and HD Clean up

I'm looking for a really good Defrag freeware program....any suggestions? Windows defrag just aint cuttin it anymore. Always stays at 14% Data fragmentation ................Also need to see what exactly is on my HD and a program (preferably freeware also) to ACTUALY delete bogus files from HD...........Free space is at 24% even after deleteing and uninstalling programs. Need to eliminate all the junk left after uninstalls and stuff.

 

Hmm....you can try a diskeeper lite to defragment and system mechanic has some junk removal features....Let me see if I have their links....
