Diabetes Iphone App

I've recently told i have the sugars
I'm told to check my Glucose daily
I'm sugar someone else has this, and maybe can recommend a good app?

if the app also tracked weights, blood pressure, that'd be great but the prioirty is blood glucose leve

My mistake
I mean a good app to record the numbers from my meter, not actually measure the BG
same for when I said,"if the app also tracked weights, blood pressure, that'd be great but the prioirty is blood glucose leve"
