diablo expantion prblm

hi all i created a backup copy of diablo expantion disk.......it intalled finw but when i went to play the game from the burned disk i keep getting a msg say make sure your diablo expantion disk is in the drive....or somthing very simlar.....plz help

 

hi, i had the same problem,

i bought the game originally lost it, then i bought a second one, made a backup copy so i didnt have to buy another and guess what i lost it.

I figured then remembered how to get it working, its pretty simple

download this

Then follow these instructions

Install the game - Full Installation.
Install the Diablo 2: LoD Expansion CD.
Copy the following file from the LoD CD to the game directory:
D2MUSIC.MPQ
D2XVIDEO.MPQ
Apply the official Diablo v1.10 Patch. (very important step)
Exit the Game.
Extract the Loader Archive to the game directory.
Execute DLOAD.EXE to start the game and reconnect to BNET.
Play the Game!

And then you can play on battle net with your original legit cd,

I hope that i've not broken the rule as i do legitly own both discs, and could prove it if required some how. However i've legitly had to use a game crack to make it work since i've lost my disc and had to use my backup.

Confusing i bet it is,

i do not buy pirates, support pirates in any ways.

awsome deus ex i got d2 installed on my 2 pcs and i hate switching around the LOD cd when i play on my account.

 

is there a mirror for that file? banwidth limit xceeded...

another use for diablo 2 loader is also to run two versions (or more) of diablo 2 of one computer and play over battle net (4x legit keys needed tho, 2 diablo II and 2x lod keys) makes transfering items from mules a hell of alot easier

 

hey guys thanks for all the post .....but i didnt have to use any of them....lol...i went to cracks am and dl a no cd patch and installed the files to my d2 lod folder and ....guess what it worked..still have to use the cd but it works thats all i care about .....but thanks for the help anyway.....

 

This isnt for expantion but i need someone to send me the .mpq files in the classic diablo2 play disc can some please send them to me or tell me where ican get them??
