When I try to go to a URL a screen pops up and it says "Diagnose Connection Probelms - Add On". Apparently it is an add on that I never added. Why does this come up and how to get rid of it?:cool It is very bothersome and it is a 50/50 crap shoot when I enter a URL in the Search bar (top right hand area of screen)
It looks like Yahoo is hyjacking my screen cause their banner logo coms up with the message that the URL can't be found. I tried to do a print screen and attech but no joy.

    Hi

What browser are you using, make and version please?

But odds are two things you have a browser add on (BHO) or malware, so to see which you have follow the below

    1. If its a BHO then look in add/remove for any toolbars are uninstall them, also if its still happening after that, start the browser in its safe mode, and IE can be found in Start > Accessories > System Tools, Firefox can be found in its Start menu folder and called Firefox Safe Mode, and see if the issue still happens.

    2. Scan for malware and follow the instruction below as written

And once our malware experts have deemed you malware free and you still have the issue post back to this thread and we can continue.
