Dial up accelerator

Im currently using Defend Gate for my accelerator is there anything faster thats also free and not a trial using a credit card? im on Earthlink but for some reason keep getting the message accelerator is not on my bill plan and the total access toolbox i cant ever see on the task panel. And my conn speed is 38.6 not sure why i also cut the modem from 920000 to 56000 hoping slow would make faster can someone please help also is there something i could download to be able to see pictures faster whether from the internet or from an attachment. Also did a speed test fastest download 35 and upload 548 and 163 latency how can this be fixed when i only have dial up for now

 

ok im downloading accelerator dap.85 exe will this help me a bit and should i say at the highest modem level 920000 or backdown a bit slower meaning faster?

 

Now i have downloaded Morpheus is this a good one it seems a little faster also should i go all the way with my modem settings to 920000 is there also an accelerator for downloading pics
