   Heyhey!
   I've been doing tech support for one of my customers and there is one problem I cant seem to fix for the life of me. Whenever outlook express is opened, the windows dial up dialog box pops up. This customer has cable, and I don't see any dial up connections in the control panel. Anyone know what the problem might be?

   check OEs email account settings to see whats in the connection settings for that specific email account?
   
   Tools > Accounts > Click email address > Properties > Connection and whats in the Always connect to this account using: box and is it ticked.
