dialer and hijackthis log

Hi.I have a dialer that puts an icon that says XXX on it with a woman's face on my desk top. Then a box pops up that says Please Select A Modem, (In which it won't let me close the box out). then under Dial Up Networking it places another connection & calls itself dimn. Then in my program files it insets a folder named Web Site Veiwer, the folder contains numerous applications all named 123800. I hope this makes sense. I've deleted the program file, the dialing network, etc. And it still comes back about every 10 minutes. It's also not listed where I can add/remove programs. I also ran Spybot, it picks the dialer up as spy ware, but comes back again once I reboot. i tried the 2 online scans , it won't allow me to access either of them. When the page starts to scan it pops up another page saying that the page I'm trying to view is unavailable. It's really weird. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. This thing is driving me nuts! Thanks!!!!!!!!

Iused spybot, adware, and tried online scan, but none seem to remove the dailer, I manually tried to remove no success. It will not let me do online scans, and mcaffee will not find. I tried cwshedder, and I downloaded spyblaster. Nothing is working.
