Diamond 56e PRO modem

I recently bought a secondhand Diamond SupraExpress 56e PRO modem and I'm extremely impressed with it. I ALWAYS connect at 56K and I have'nt had it drop out once yet. Because it was secondhand though I received no manual or software. Okay, not a problem. The driver I downloaded works fine. However, this modem apparently supports all sorts of extras (line caller ID, voicemail) but I have no how idea how to access them. Any ideas?
