Did my video card die?

I recently been using a hp pavillion with media center 2005 but i wasn't really happy with it so i went back to my older gateway computer with xp home edition only to have it not wanting to boot, So after trying everything i could think of, I tried a long shot and took out the video card that was in it ( ati radeon x1300 pro 256) and put in an older geforce fx 5700 le 128 and it boots fine, but when i put my ati card back in it wouldn't boot.:crybaby

 

I would say RIP video card. I think you are correct.
