ZF561402.CAB file missing, did someone remove my posting, if so why, anyway try again, the above file seems to be missing and I get asked for a re-install of the original disk, which I'm sure I have, but it keeps asking for the disk, this is a legitimate company I work for, only problem is I'm overseas and they are based back in the UK, can someone please help, if not at least explain why my posting was removed, if at all it was.

Near as I can tell your original similar posting (from Yesterday, Tue. Sept. 19, 2006 at 21:40 EST) was not removed and can be found here: ZF561402.CAB missing from Office.

Anytime you want to view your own past postings (as well as any replies); you can do so very quickly by going directly to your Major Geeks Pozzydrive profile.

Then you can click on either Find all posts by Pozzydrive and/or Find all threads started by Pozzydrive in order to seek out any previous postings made under your Major Geeks member name.

This method will also work if you are looking for another MG member's previous posts - by viewing their profile and clicking on those two links. ;)

    Good Luck!

Oh, anytime Pozzydrive... My pleasure really! ;)

I had a somewhat similarly confusing issue recently; where my browser "favorites" seemed to be messed up. Every time I clicked on Favorites > and then clicked on a 'favorite' choice; all I got was a very odd-looking 404 error page which gave no clues what was wrong or how to fix this. Very frustrating!

Anyway; as it turned out the actual solution to the problem was amazingly simple but eluded me for hours... I actually had not chosen that particular favorite in quite a while and in the meantime (unbeknownst to me) the page had changed or been updated; so it was a very easy "fix."

    Good Luck!
