Did something stupid with Vist, can't undo...

I was trying to access a file, and couldn't figure it out, so I right-clicked it and went to properties-->permissions-->then proceed to put allow on everything, and I just clicked all over. After I was done doing my damage I found that every folder with an icon pic other than the classic folder icon had a little file called .ini? like Desktop.ini

So when I delete this guy my icon reverts back to the classic folder icon. Does anyone know how to re-hide these things?
