didn't know where to put this

Hey all been along time since I been on here. Anyways Im having a prob wit my comp earlier it was working fine and now for some reason I got this warning spyware detected on your comp win32/adware.virtuemonde and win32/privacyremover.m64. I also have this antivirxp08 that I cant seem to uninstall from my comp. I have ran Superspyware, Avg and got rid of all the viruses and spyware but it still says Im infected and I cant seem to get rid of it. I hope someone can help me.

 

I tried installing that reg cleaner but it says im missing a file or something it says
C:WINDOWS\system32\msvbvm60.dll
