I just started using this computer a few weeks ago. It was refurbished. I updated with the How to Prevent Malware Guide and got several Windows updates installed.

Within the past week or so when I tried to log into Yahoo email I was surprised to find that Oath had bought Yahoo and Aol. I agreed to their terms and went on to my Yahoo email.

Then last weekend I took this PC to my part-time job and downloaded Starbird embroidery files for a couple hours. The Wi-Fi is a guest unsecured account there. (Yes, I got all my work done, too.)

This week I've had a hard time logging into email: Yahoo, AOL and Zoho. I usually use Firefox and I have been getting the message "Your connection is not secure." So googled for a solution and went into about:config and changed tls min from 1 to 2. I did get into AOL after that. But today Yahoo is displaying only the last 13 emails and won't load the rest. AOL won't load my emails. Tried Chrome and at first Yahoo only showed last 13 emails but then opened but is very slow. AOL would not open before I ran the scans but it is letting me in both Firefox and Chrome although very slow to open.

    Scans attached.

This is not a malware issue. I suggest you post in the software forum for additional assistance.

Since you are not having any malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Re-enable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have re-enabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now go to the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 or 10 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
