    thanks foogoo,

are you familiar w/ kodak easyshare software? i was just wondering if one of these listed could pretty much do most everything easyshare offers...basically simple editing (ie redeye, etc) as well as storage? thanks again!

I use this for my Fuji camera: http://www.nabocorp.com/cam2pc/freeware.php
The shareware version does all you ask. The freeware version can link to an external image editor like Irfanview (which is good for simple stuff like red-eye reduction) or Photophiltre http://www.majorgeeks.com/PhotoFiltre_d4587.html
