Digital Product ID problem for installing

    I tried to install Adobe CS4 and failed... cuz I have problem with Digital Product ID problem and IP. I checked with registered id... Matched with magic bean.. How can I do else? Please help me. Thanks.

    I built my own custom pc. And My pc never shut down. Should I ring MS?

    I don't know what this IP problem is.... Well I have MS XP CD with me. I installed this into my custom pc as second pc.
