I have a new RCA RP5030 mini voice recorder and need to download the files to my hard drive. The package didn't include a CD and the owners book doesn't say anything about installing drivers or any other software. It simply says to connect the USB cable and start downloading. But everytime I connect the recorder, the computer identifies the recorder and then does some driver database stuff and wants to look for a new driver for it. I have tried to DL and install some RCA drivers off the website, but they don't help. I sent RCA support an email from their website contact page but haven't had a reply. When I try to bypass the driver stage (hit cancel) the computer doesn't see the drive in the recorder. I have a desktop (Ol' Sleepy) and Windows 98SE.

Thanks for looking - any suggestions?
