Dio Cleaner

    Hello,

    New to Major Geeks. Having same issue as other posts with Dio Cleaner.:( It is on my daughter's pc. I have downloaded the recommended programs (combofix, SpyBot, AVG, MGtools) to a jump drive. Before I get started on the Read & Run Me, should I go into safe mode on the infected computer to perform all the steps?

    Welcome lkupferle I don't think safe mode as being necessary from what I gather from the post but they are the experts and you really should ask the question in the malware forum as they don't come in here too often. Good luck!
