Directx Happy Uninstall Problems

Directx Happy Uninstaller reboots my computer every time I run it. It doesn't even open. According to the FAQ:

4. Every time, when I run DHU, it immediately restart my computer. Why?
When DHU detected a debugger, or some programs and virus had debugger action, it will restart the computer. So please don't run any debugger with DHU. If you are sure you did not run any debugger, it is possible viruses, Trojans presence in your computer.

I have no idea what is causing this. I have everything that I'm aware of disabled via msconfig. Everything besides MS services is disabled. I even tried it on a different computer and it didn't work. If it helps at all, both computers are HP's.

 

I solved the problem by just using an older version. I'll try that too though, if I need to.
