Directx problems

    • Hello everyone
      I bought a video creation station for my kid. when I installed it, and ran it. It tells me that the program suddenly encounter a problem and has to shut down. I notice I needed directx 9 or higher. So I installed it but an error comes out and shuts down too. Why is the dircetx 9 not installing???:cry
