directx9.c

    ive had a couple of games in the past that wont work on my machine i get an error message saying this game requires directx9.c trouble is ive got directx9.c installed because i can play other games that require directx9.c so they should work any ideas ppl?

    Try running DxDiag (Press the Windows key and hold then press the R key, in the Run dialog enter dxdiag and press OK) though all the tests to see if it reports any errors. If so, it may mean that your display driver needs to be re-installed or updated.

    What video card do you have and what drivers are you using and what games are giving the error?
