Disable low disk space notification

Is there a way to disable the "low disk space" pop up balloon in WindowsXP?

I'm well aware that the drive has under 200MB free, but its not the windows partition so it shouldnt matter and it bugs me

thanks. I usually perfer doing things manualy, but i think i'll stick with cacheman... i like the memory allocation tool
