Disable "Work Offline" in Outlook

I was wondering if there was any way for me to completely take away the option to "Work Offline" in Outlook. I would prefer it if that option was not even made available. If anyone know how this can be done I would really really like to know.

 

The reason that I want to completely do away with it is that I work at a High School and I am the Network Technician here. A lot of teachers keep somehow selecting "Work Offline" and then calling me saying that none of their emails are going through. We just had one teacher call and tell us that for the last 2 days no one has been recieving his emails he has been sending and the whole reason was because he has selected "Work Offline" by accident.

 

Ok. I couldn't agree more that they need to learn how to use Outlook, but that is a whole different story...
I am going to hold a seminar for the teachers and try and educate them a bit but we will see how it goes.
