Only way I know of is to take focus away from the created new mail. Bring the main outlook in focus then try.

Well that doesn't really help since the situation is that we have an application where people have to press ctrl+enter for line feed and after they've written a lot that way, they'll start writing an email and press ctrl+enter again for line feed and it sends the mail.

My only other "trick" to avoid sending an email by mistake is to NOT address the email. If you mistakenly hit Ctrl+Enter and Outlook tries to send the email -- Outlook won't (can't) until you put the email addresses in when you've completed your email.

Does anyone have the solution for me?

I'm looking for a registry change to disable the ctrl+enter combination on Outlook Express.
