I'm new to using WMP, but have at least figured out how to have it only show up down on the task bar at startup. However, when I insert a commercial music CD-ROM, although it starts automatically as I wanted it to do, every time a new track starts, a black box pops up telling me the track number title, and length of the track. This even comes up in front of applications such as Word. Can I "kill" this annoying feature?
