I use Outlook 2007, which syncs with both my phone and my school's Exchange server. Here's the problem: I already get reminders on my phone about appointments and such and I am wondering if it is possible to disable just the desktop reminder pop-up windows. The only options that I can find are simply to enable or disable reminders period, but you can't choose just one place to receive reminders.

If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be great :)

    Thanks!

Turn on or off reminders and reminder sounds
On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Other tab, and then click Advanced Options.
    Click Reminder Options.
Select or clear the Display the reminder check box.
If you display reminders, select or clear the Play reminder sound check box, and then, if you want, enter the path of a sound file.

What is the next step if that proceedure doesn't work? I have a client in the same boat: Attached to corporate Exchange server, but does not want ANY reminders. He has already completed the aformentioned procedure and still gets reminders.
