Disappearing Hard D Drive??? Vista

Hi Guys

My husbands laptop has a harddrive split into a C Drive currently running at 44GB free of 149GB...all cool.

However, his D Drive, which he doesnt use for any personal files, in fact he hardly has any files or photos etc. It used to be fairly empty, and now it has been in the red for a while and now is is showing 25MB Free of 137GB!!!confused:confused

I have studied his D Drive, as has he and we cant find any BIG files to delete.

Where do we start in looking for the monster that is taking over his laptop...lol.

He is running Vista Home Premium.

Any help much appreciated!!

He needs to install a program that shows what is using up disk space in size order. I use WinDirStat and turn off the useless graphical features, or there is TreeSize Free. Either will do the job.
