disc cataloguer to find duplicates

hi!

i download many files from the internet and save them to my c: drive in folders like "files 1" "files 2" "files 3" i make each folder with 700mb so that i can burn them to cdr's

now i have over 300 cdr's with files and it's hard to know what files i already have burned or not.

i would like to know if there's a software that could catalog all my burned cdr's and compare the files i have in the burned cdr's with the ones i have in my harddrive and tell me if im going to burn a file that i already have in the cdr's

i know there are some applications that catalog discs but i need a application that would also compare the files i have in the discs with the files in my harddrive
