Disk Read Error

    Well I have had one problem after the other with my new build. It worked fine for about two months and the I had to replace the hard drive. I started to install the operating system on the new drive, XP, and blue screens started popping up--memory shot. I have installed new memory and run memtest and it is fine. I am now trying to load the operating system and all I get is disk read error, press alt ctl del. I can not boot from the Windows CD. Any suggestions?
