   its my disc tray , it wont open as it should , i have to put a needle in the small hole next to the eject button to open it , anybody any ideas to sort this problem thanks

   Sounds as if the tray itself is a bit out of alignment, and gets stuck on the way out. How do you feel about the thought of taking the whole drive out and looking closer at it?
