   I am running Windows SP2 on two different PCs one newer (a Dell E510) than the other. On the new PC when I download DKLite from your site I get an installation error that says I do not have sufficient rights to "unknown\DfrgSnapin.DFrgSnapin.1\CLSID". I downloaded this on the older system (identical Windows config as I said) and had no problems.
   
   Any ideas??

   are you logged in as Admin on the other PC?
   
   rights issues are normally that you dont have admin access to install software and software that may add items into the registry
