diskeeper pro

    okay so yeah i just installed diskeeper pro and stuff and installed and yeah when i run it and go analyze or defrag it says windows has occured an error and i'll go view technical problem and it says theres files are in the error


    C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER475b.dir00\DkService.exe.mdmp
    C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER475b.dir00\appcompat.txt

    so yeah anything i can do to actually get this program running?

    Open up the second file in Notepad and let us know what the contents are. This file is not itself the problem, but it contains information about the error you are getting, so can be helpful.
