Bullies, racism, running out of milk, politicians, ignorant people, cold, dark mornings, bad grammar (particularly double negatives), poor spelling
(I have been known to correct the spelling of writing on toilet walls. How sad is that?), people who take great satisfaction from other people's misfortune, when the day drags at work, being told I'm wrong even though I'm always right, Newcastle United losing (often), horseradish sauce, pain,
being worried about the kids (constantly), animal cruelty, child abuse, violation of human rights, going to the bank and finding out I'm skint,
James Bond films, Brits who call chipped potatoes 'fries' (they're chips), Alien 3, traffic jams, static electricity, hospitals, etc. etc. etc.

 

Dislikes, lets see...
-End users who think they know more about the network than I, the network administrator.
-End users who remove cat5 cable from network printers and plug it into their laptop because they cant print from their laptop that isnt on the network...(it happened)
-End users who insist on downloading random crapware and expect me to install it, and get mad when i say no because it has nothing to do with their work.
-Bad/slow drivers.
-Country music
-End users that take it upon themselves to remove the same phone cable from the ceiling that i ran for them last week.(this happened yesterday)
-Email server blacklists
-Zoos
-Mac vs. PC commercials
-Bad IT budget
-Script Kiddies(yes, they do pose a real threat)

Ouch, I feel you there. I only 'admined' a small office network, but jeez, the crap they just 'had' to have on their freaking WORK PC drove me nuts! Being the little 'net nazi' that I am, I used to have fun with them after they left, and print out a copy of their browser history and tape it on their monitors. Mr. 'I just check my e-mails and do my work' was not amused. Everyone else was. Seems he had a bit of a pron issue. :-D

 

Anyone or thing hurting any think else without a purpose or need , and other people complaining about things:major

I don't really like or dislike things. I'll eat it all, sleep anywhere, drink anything, talk to anyone, live in any house, I'm easy going.

What I do like to do is rate things, 1-10. If it's not a 10, I don't do it.

Say I went home tonight, and something comes up, invite someone over, go do something outside the house... If it's not a 10, I'll pass. If a person isn't a 10, I'll pass.. Go to a movie with my wife? 10.. Go to a movie with my wife, and a friend.. 6 (pass).. See what I mean?

Well, I dislike when some nut named Fred goes off and tries to hijack a thread. I dislike drivers that ride my bumper when I am driving the dang speed limit! I hate tomatoes. I dislike the color yellow. And I dislike almost every freaking beer made by Abita!

I dislike cats (allergic). My blood pressure hates Dentists.

I love watching hawks... Fun to watch the birds of prey when I can. Dislike parakeets.

Squirrels are just rats with a bushy tail. I dislike them as well. And freaking pine trees! I hate pine trees! Sap, and pine needles freaking year round. Oh yeah, I hate me some freaking pine trees!!

Rat poison works well on the dang things. Used to have them in the attic at my old place. I hate them. Rats with freaking bushy tails. That is all they are. :-D You can also hide lot's of poisons in tuna fish. Works well for wasps.

I truly hate and despise wasps.

Ahh, a bit unsafe to just randomly fire even a pellet gun. I dislike those that shoot lead at me.!:-D

Keep this in mind Kes, as a youngster, I had a .177 pellet gun. Once, I shot at a metal can, and somehow, perhaps due to being young, I saw the pellet coming back at me, shut my eye, and took a hit. It hurt for a while. If I was not as young, or just out taking a walk, the results could be worse. Be careful what you shoot, even a pellet gun. The lead lands somewhere. Just keep that in mind.

 

Hypocrisy in any shape or form, is my greatest dislike. A close second is people who parrot things they are told without checking for themselves if the information is accurate or not . . .

. . . and that will do for a third! What is UP with that? You can't control the amount of ketchup on individual fries that way - heck, some fries may have no ketchup at all! Very messy way to eat fries, IMO. The ketchup properly goes to one side.

 

You mean you're scared of wasps. I have no problem with wasps as I know they won't hurt me if I let them be(e). And they're good for the garden. I know they can be a nuisance when having picnics and such, but we all have to tolerate the dark side of nature as well as the nice side.

I would have thought having to choose which pair of shoes NOT to buy would have been on your hate list.

My personal things are people who lie to me,Hypocrites,Mindless violence,All things related to child abuse,not being able to drink all the fantastic beers here in Belgium( because of my meds)when i can not remember something that i have learned (i get that a lot these days)

 

I'll bite at the ex's although, not really a dislike. I pay so little mind to an ex, or anyone else I've decided I don't have time for that I can honestly say that I wouldn't know them if they were in the same elevator as me. Once you've gone, I'm very good at forgetting. I suppose that'd be worse than a dislike. I've yet to let someone back in. I am married happily now though, hopefully I am done forgetting people.

If I had to pick a dislike, it would be dishonest people, but that should go without saying. I also don't like last minute changes in plans, but as before that's not usually a 10, so I'll opt out completely rather than change a part of something.

I use to take my Great Grandma grocery shopping in her late 90's early 100's (I guess 100's might never be early.) and she could get around and all.. I'd put her in a wheel chair though, and she was hard of hearing. She'd tell me which girls where looking at me, and tell me how they must like a guy with his Great Grandma at the store, and I'd yell back something like "They don't have WHISKEY here, you have to go to another store for that." she'd just go on about something else, never hearing me. I miss her though.. 101 years old.

 

On the grocery store angle, people with a full buggy in the 10 items or less express aisle.

 

Never been stung by a wasp/bee so maybe until I know what that entails, I'll be okay. Could all change if I was to be stung, though. I won't kill anything, no matter how gruesome it looks.

 

I've never seen a wasp sting scar before, but my mom sat on a nickle in a hot car one time, and it branded her. LOL
