Display has strange distortion at bottom

    I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro that has garbled stuff at the bottom of my display. Look at the Start button and you'll see kind of what I'm talking about. It seems to be a mirror image of stuff that's like an inch from the top of the display as it changes as I load different pages. Thanks
