Display issues

The screen on my front desk computer decided to go nuts yesterday. Scans show no problems. The drivers are up to date. I've tried changing monitors and no change.

Playing with the display settings will fix the problem temporarily, but the lines persist. If I fiddle around too much or look at the screen the wrong way, I get a BSOD.

Here is what I see on my screen (to varying degrees):

I'm at a loss as to what to do with this. Other than the display issues, the computer works fine. Any suggestions?

EDIT: OK... Apparently when I do a print screen of the problem it looks fine. But this is what I see when I use my camera:

If it is helpful, the last 2 BSOD said this:
    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    *** STOP 0x0000000A (0x00000004, 0x0000001C, 0x00000001, 0x80502386)
    and
    Page_Fault_in_nonpaged_area
    *** More like above

Any help or ideas are appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Hi

First off I would see if your model PC has a graphic card/onboard graphic driver update and install that.

Also with PC switched off look inside the PC and make sure its clean and tidy and free from dust from the CPU heatsink and fan and the Graphic Card if an addone PCI/AGP/PCI-E card, of onboard check that the motherboard is also free from dust buildup as heat can cause this type of effect.

For the driver, goto Dell Support and find your model in the menu and download and instal the driver. How to find your Dell model version and number and info HERE and HERE

Thanks for the tips. I should have said that I did update (and roll back) the drivers with no improvements. The system was overdue for a cleaning, and is now good enough to eat off of.

I ended up installing a dedicated video card and we seem to be running ok now. We'll see if it holds up through the rest of the day.
