Divorce!!!!

I read the suggested information, but I do not believe it covers my situation. I believe that my wife has hired some one to spy on my internet activities from a remote computer system. Items like Chat, E-mail, personal information on my laptop. Is there any way to use my computer to send E-mails and chat without having some one recording it all? I have scanned my computer and removed all the spyware that i could find. I also plan to do your suggested computer cleaning actions, but I'm not sure that those actions will help for my situation because I believe they are using some software that is external to my machine. I would like to be able to talk/chat and E-mail with my friends without having every word recorded. Can you give me some advise please? I'm using a laptop and I'm traveling for business now. the operating system is XP. I use MSN and Yahoo for E-mail and chat.
