Dizzler.com?

    I ran across a webpage at Dizzler.com, and they claim you can download "Free music Legally".
    Does anyone have any knowledge about it. It looks great if true, but I don't want to get involved in something illegal either.:eek
    I didn't register yet as I wanted to hear some opinions before I start.
    Thanks in advance, and I hope this is the right place to post this.

    It is streaming rather than downloading.
    The download button is for the desktop player, not for the actual music or videos.
