DJripper please help

Hi,

I'm new to these forums and not a particularly computer savvy person, But a friend of mine said people on here are pretty amazing at helping with issues.

Here goes.....

I have recently bought a piece of software for ripping CDG discs used for karaoke.

I used the software without any problems for about a week, Then i got an error message. Here is the error and the error log, Please help me if you can.

Go to the programs homepage and check that you meet the system requirements such as .net Framework. Also check this - scroll a bit: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923100/en-us

Do a malware check. Download, install, update and run full scans:

Also run scannow and chkdsk.

Have you updated Java and Flash?
