dlbcserv.exe error message

    I think when I typed a new message I had the error typed incorrectly. The error is dlbcserv.exe. I am looking to see if anyone knows how to correct this error that keeps coming up and causing the computer to stall and have to restart. I have tried anti-virus software with no assistance to this problem.
