dll.disp errors , vid problems

i have a problem. i have just reinstalled XP.
after putting in new hardware.

and whenever i try to play BF 2142, it either black screen and ewerything dies,
or graphix errors. and blue screen. of death. dll.disp or so.

i have installed the latest asus driver.

pleace help



dual2core e6400 =2x2.1 Ghz
2x 1 Gb corsair XMS2 DDR2
NQ Giant Reactor 1000w
MSI P6N SLI mobo.
Asus 8800 GTX
cavalier 1. cabinet
200 Gb Sata HD.+ 500 Gb SAta II HD
SB Audigy 4

 

reinstall the driver for 8800.this will fix the prob.

 

i have installed the newest. i have installed severel times. so no it diden fix the problem.

it is strange. i have problems with games like

BF2
BF2142
COD2
Civ4
warhammer 40.000 dawn of war -BC

but not these

warhammer- Mark of chaos
C&C Tibirum wars
Red Orchestra
Day of Defeat :source
Company of heroes

I found this web site for you ,and I think that you have compatability issue,with your 8800 or chipset.search the other forums for games,maybe you will find the answer.
