dll error message

my Hp keeping having this error message pop up when I turn it on. When I got it cyber ware have rebuild it and it was already programed.

It got the same message after a reboot just a few hours ago. I did find the solution and will pass it along to you...

Firstly, download the following from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...88-3131-429C-8FCB-F7B3B0FD3D86&displaylang=en

Then restart your computer.

Blissmeister sownload stopped the problem but when I log on I it shows that a program is running in my task bar but when I click on it nothing pops up and I can't exit out of it or right click it for that matter and it does not show it in the task manager.
