DLL Help

Ok, it is me again. I am working on another pc for a friend. Could you tell me the best/free program and hopefully easiest for removing duplicate DLL's? Thanks guys!!!

Oh man...ok not going to bother with the DLL's as there is another problem more bothersome. First, info on her pc that I am working on.
Dell Dimension 2530, OP-Win XP Home, Intel [R] Pentium [R] 4 CPU 2.20 GHz, 2.19 GHz, 1.00 GB of Ram. She is running Norton AntiVirus, Spy-Bot S&D, Lavasoft Ad-Aware, and CCleaner. As of last night after installing new ram, running all scans, all was great with her pc. This morning, I ran spyware and adware again, did a disk clean-up and defrag then re-booted her pc. After re-boot all of a sudden her screen resolution is wacked out. It is incredibly large can't even read or see the graphic it is so large. Went to adjust her screen res and it would not let me. When to get on IE to look up help and IE keeps having errors. Tried to update her drivers, the only one that needed it was Intel [R] 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GU Graphics Controller. When it tried installing the update it said access denied. To fix her pc, I have had to disconnect mine and hook hers up. Is it possible, that her pc thinks it has my drivers and how would be the easiest way for me to fix this for her? I'm thinking I will have to re-format, her pc is 4 yrs. old and I don't think she has a disc to re-install her drivers. Any help would be completely appreciated as I am un-sure what went wrong. Ok,it's definetly graphic issue.If you have graphic driver on CD,try to uninstall the driver in safe mode,and then reinstall in safe mode.If you don't have driver on CD try to download from Internet.Good luck,and tell me what you did?Just be cool you can repair anything,cos you are man a,nd this is machine,OK?COOL
