dll?

i need to install a driver called WdfCoInstaller01005.dll so i can use a patch called SE Tool lite.
What do i use to open it? windows xp asks me to select a programme or search the web which just leads me to an ad for 'driver cure' which i know nothing about.

 

Since I was totally unfamiliar with SETool, I did some quick research and it appears to be a tool for Sony cell phones. During my research, I found this:

You can download v1.10 from this link which also has a link to download a patch to update v1.10 to v1.11. That site seems to have lots of info for you, so feel free to poke around. I didn't actually download the files, nor do I have a Sony phone, nor do I have any idea what this is all about, but I thought I'd try to help anyway. LOL
