dllhost.exe cpu usage

So theres a task dllhost.exe using 50% of my parents core 2 duo e4300, making the fan rev up and the core doesnt drop below 50 C(Core Temp 0.99) i know it is used for .net framework 1.1 but i can be used to execute spyware ect, what should i do?

Install process explorer,and see where dllhost.exe is.If you can find in System32.then it's OK.If not,it's a worm,so go to this forum:http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407 ,and learn how to delete this nasty thing.
If everything is OK, go to service and see if COM+ System Application is set to Manualy.
