dllsetup.exe

Is dllsetup.exe something I got from here? Can anyone tell me what it is or does or if I want it?

hi Halo
It's a company called Aignes ... in Google it comes up with the description of being a website watcher ... I found it because there's an invalid link on my desktop to FF bookmark-cache, and when windows went looking for the closest match to what the link was referring to, it landed at this piece of software.

It is in my tools new folder under programme, which is where anything which gets installed seems to go by default ever since I changed from IE to FF. Aignes and dllsetup.exe both come up in google, but I find the descriptions as to its function a bit ambiguous and I've been reluctant to go to the Aignes website.
