So the other day I was disconnected from my internet and it said Local Only.
When I clicked diagnose and repair it said
"Windows failed to find the well known host "www.microsoft.com" using DNS."
I can connect to other wifi connections and it works fine, just not mine.
What caused me to lose my internet connection out of no where and how can I fix this?

So I'm just verifying, you can connect to other wifi connections using this computer and it works?

Even though this is probably a router issue, what kind of computer hardware are you running on?

Try opening up the command prompt and typing in ping www.microsoft.com and seeing what happens.

Or you could possibly try typing into your command prompt the following two commands in order:

    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig/renew

In addition to Speculant's good suggestions you might consider rebooting your router: simply pull the router's power for 30 seconds or so, then plugging it back in. Once it's rebooted see if you can reacquire your connection.
